I have learned that balance is not about finding perfection.

It’s about making regular adjustments so as not to compromise our needs to the point of depleting or neglecting our health and happiness.

Balance gives steadiness. It allows us to manage the challenges of daily life, the necessities, whilst still giving us the space or time to care for our own wellbeing.

To give space for self-care helps balance my energies, so I can meet my responsibilities  with purpose and vigour.

It boosts my resilience and allows me to joyfully share my skills to support others find balance in their life.
